I've been dehydrating onions, garlic, banana peppers and tomatoes. I still have to work on the tomatoes more. But I found this site a bit ago I have a Deni dehydrator but I think I should be able to use this as a guideline.

This week I'm going to do more garlic & onion and also want to try green peppers, potatoes, yellow squash and zucchini. I also need to do up the cilantro so that doesn't go bad.
