In one week the kids will be not just going to bed but going to bed knowing they will have to be up bright and early to start school the next day. OH YEAH!! I'm counting down!
My daughter Sydney, has just over two weeks to go and she's more excited than I am! I dread the routine; going to bed early, waking up early, lunch packed, clean clothes, long day without her. She catches the bus at 8:00 and doesn't get home until 4:00. It will probably be better when my 4 year old starts next year and they are both gone for the day, but he gets missing her something fierce!
