It's April

Hey All,

Today I spent the morning making out the new calendar.  I know a few days late.  I love finding things for the little munchkin to do that is free or doesn't cost an arm and a leg.  This month is the book fair at school and they always have one evening that you can go and look at the books.  During the fall they had story time with cookies and milk which the little munchkin LOVED!  For the spring book fair they are having family fun night.  You can go play games and wonder over to the book fair if you like.  That is this week and we are looking forward to it.

The library holds a themed craft session once a month and you have to be fast to get your child registered for it.  Only 25 kids can participate.  This month is Earth Day Crafts and he can't wait to see what they will be making.  Then during the week of spring break they are having a family game day and who ever shows up can play.  Got to love the library!

Lowe's Build and Grow Clinics are wonderful.  We are going to be making a birdhouse that sticks to your window so you can watch them up close.   There was another class this month but we couldn't make that one it's making a pinball toy.  If your child is into building these clinics are great.  Oh and Home Depot also has one the first Saturday of the month.

Tomorrow I have to call the Garden Center they are holding a kids day.  They will be planting herbs and there will be sno cones and face painting.  I do think this one will have a fee but hopefully it won't be much.  It sounds like it's going to be loads of fun.  Now to see what else I can come across for the month.

I've rambled on enough now back to surfing for some crafting inspiration.

Take Care :)
